Join Melissa Lau & Jake Martin for a series of events designed to help you develop a meditation practice that helps you navigate the pace and demands of modern life.

We’ll meet Thursday evenings in November and December for practical, personal instruction, a shared guided meditation, and an opportunity to connect with a community of other thoughtful high-achieving people on the same path toward showing up at our best for ourselves and the people who matter to us

What can you expect?

We’ll provide some context around the history, neuroscience and practice of meditation
We’ll meditate together in a comfortable space in Hayes Valley

Timing: 7:30-9:00pm+

We’ll start with brief introductions and a little context 7:30-8pm
We’ll share a guided meditation from 8-8:30pm
After that, we'll have a time for discussion/Q&A and mingling over tea 8:30-9pm
(You're welcome to stay past 9:00 if you're enjoying the conversation)
