It all started when…

I was trained as a traditional strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. I learned the ins and outs of guiding organizations through setting mission/vision, strategy, and developing implementation plans.

But, I noticed that organizations weren’t necessarily adopting the recommendations I and my teams made.

Change, I’ve realized, comes when the people involved in the process come to their own insights. So, I use facilitation and 1:1 coaching skills to help Boards and Leadership Teams come to their own conclusions. And as a result, organizations get moving again with clarity and alignment.

Typical Engagements

  • 3-6 months with monthly meetings with Board or Steering Committees

  • Or, shorter engagements focused on engaging key stakeholders
